Requests and scheduling

The website provides service information and a way to request contact. Submitting a request does not book a technician, guarantee availability or establish an arrival time. Coverage, engine support, access, pricing and the initial scope are confirmed for each request.

Repair authorization

A service request is not authorization to perform repairs. Diagnostic findings, parts and labor, repair limits and any applicable warranty arrangements must be discussed and agreed before the relevant work.

Mobile work limits

Safe access, property permission, tooling, engine condition, parts and repair complexity determine the appropriate work location. Some conditions require recovery to a suitable repair facility.

Safety

The website is not emergency assistance or a determination that a vehicle is safe to drive. In immediate danger or an active traffic lane, prioritize emergency or roadway assistance.

Product names and imagery

Detroit and other product names identify the relevant engines and systems. They belong to their respective trademark owners. Product and service images are sourced from Detroit and illustrate engines and service environments; they do not depict a documented local customer job.
