Know what to prepare before requesting a mobile engine service visit.
Do you come to the truck?
Yes. Mobile service is arranged at your vehicle, yard or another safe, permitted work location. Tell us the exact entrance and who can authorize access.
Which Detroit engine should I select?
Choose the model shown on the engine label if safely available. DD13, DD15, DD16 and Series 60 are identification options. Choose Other / Not sure if you do not know; engine support is confirmed for your request.
Can every repair be completed roadside?
The engine condition, access, tooling, parts and work area determine the appropriate repair scope. Major internal repairs or unsafe conditions may require a repair facility.
What should I send with my request?
Send a callback number, exact vehicle location, truck or equipment details, engine model or serial number if known, warning messages, symptoms and recent work.
Does a request confirm dispatch?
A request starts the conversation. Technician availability, coverage, timing, pricing and repair authorization are confirmed before a visit or work begins.
Do you offer emissions deletes?
No. DPF, DEF and SCR requests are for diagnosis and compliant repairs. Emissions-system disabling and bypass work are not offered.
Can you confirm warranty coverage from a fault code?
Warranty eligibility and claim arrangements depend on the engine, coverage and repair circumstances. Confirm any applicable arrangements before authorizing work.
