Service-request information

When you send a request, we collect the name, callback number, vehicle location, equipment details, engine information and symptoms you provide. We use this information to review and respond to the request and arrange service where appropriate.

Storage and processing

Accepted requests are stored in the site’s hosted database and sent to the service team by transactional email. Hosting and email providers process the information to operate the site and deliver request alerts. The public website does not provide access to stored request records.

Browser storage

A submission reference and submission time are temporarily stored in your browser session to show the confirmation page. Customer names, phone numbers and truck details are not included in that receipt.

Tracking

No advertising analytics or marketing tracking is enabled in this site build. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider.

Your choices

Send only information relevant to the service request. Do not include payment-card information, account passwords or unrelated sensitive documents. For questions about your request information, call 754-203-3569.

Service communications

Submitting the form requests contact about that service inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
